Who we are

AdBase is operated by Terminus, based in the Netherlands (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at info@terminus-sst.com.

Invite-only beta

AdBase is currently an invite-only beta and free of charge. We grant access manually; you can request it by email. Features, limits, and availability may change or be discontinued at any time while we develop the product. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you in advance, and nothing will be charged without your explicit agreement.

Your account

Keep your login details confidential and make sure the information you give us is accurate. You are responsible for activity in your account and in organizations you manage, including actions taken by AI apps you connect. You can revoke a connected app at any time from the account menu under Connected apps.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, bulk-download, or systematically copy AdBase data, or resell, sublicense, or redistribute it as a competing dataset or service.
• Abuse lookups or automations, for example by running excessive searches, circumventing limits, or sharing access with people who were not invited.
• Attempt to break, probe, or overload our systems, or access data of other organizations.
• Use AdBase for anything unlawful, including harassment, infringing others’ rights, or processing personal data in violation of privacy law.

Public ad data

Ads, emails, and landing pages in AdBase come from public sources such as the Meta Ad Library and brands’ own websites and newsletters. They belong to their respective owners. We show them for research and reference; you are responsible for how you use them and must respect the rights of the brands and people involved. Classifications, transcripts, and other AI-generated analysis can be incomplete or wrong.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you add to AdBase, such as watchlists and saved ads. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you.

No warranty

AdBase is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service is uninterrupted, error-free, or that the data is complete, current, or accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, lost profits, lost data, or decisions made based on AdBase. Because the beta is free, our total liability to you is limited to €100. This does not limit liability for intent or gross negligence.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using AdBase at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing info@terminus-sst.com. We may suspend or end your access, with or without notice, if you breach these terms, if your use puts the service or others at risk, or when the beta ends. On termination we delete your account data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. For material changes we will notify account holders by email; continuing to use AdBase afterwards means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to go to a court elsewhere.
